Wallet List

Why don't stores list the actual price your going to pay on the stickers?
Like why do they put the price before taxes? Why not just put the amount your actually pulling out of your wallet?
The amount of tax is computed on your total purchase, not on each item. Because of rounding/truncation, those two amounts are not necessarily exactly the same.
Also, the amount of tax can change, and then they would need to change all the labels.
Also, stores like the price to "look" as low as possible -- it is a psychological thing to help to get you to buy. That's why the price is $1.99 instead of $2.00. One "sounds" lower than the other. They don't want to include the tax too, as that would make it seem more expensive. It is all psychology.

Cheap ways to get starting small business name out in publics eye without steatching my wallet?
Grass-roots insurance company looking to get leads, but lead lists are so expensive. Whats free, or cheap ways to get people to come to me while interested in my product. or cheap ways to find quality leads. In Pensacola Fl.
Mark, you need to go to them at first. Just get out there and network. Take a stack of business cards with you when you leave the house in the morning and don't come home until you've given every one of them out. After your name gets out there, if people like and trust you, referrals will come.
