Could I go to prison for shooting a person that puts a gun in my face?
I was the victim of a robbery a few years ago and I swore that the next time someone put a gun in my face, that person would get a bullet instead of a wallet, I think if the stakes were raised and these criminals actually had to calculate risks when plotting a robbery, there would be less crime.
What would a police officer do if someone pointed a gun at him, he would shoot to kill and get away with it, I think the same should apply to civilians!
No, because you would be acting in self-defense.
In the case that you present, however, the criminal would probably calculate a reduced risk to himself of the surprise element and having a drawn gun while yours is still holstered. He might also, having the edge, deprive you of your gun. If by some chance there are exchanges of gunfire you might lose more than your wallet.

What are some of the fines I can receive for reckless driving in VA with a provisional license?
I have a provisional license in Maryland and recived a reckless driving in VA for driving 95 in a 45 I am not sure if he even had a radar gun. I am trying to beat it what advice would you give me? I was trying to get a friend her wallet to the airport that she left in the car so she wouldn't miss her flight.
Excuses are not acceptable when it comes to driving. The judge, nor the police care what kind of story you make up (that's their take - they've heard it all). You broke the law - big time - by exceeding the speed limit by 50 mph. You not only put your own life in jeapardy, both those of anyone on the road. You can expect to have your license revoked; especially since it was provisional to begin with. For how long depends on the judge, but count on at least 6 months and also count on having to go through driving training & retesting. Fines could exceed $1000.
