Ok Im really freaked out. I was in the middle of sex and as I came it felt like something in the back of my head exploded. It began at the base of my skull and then ecompassed my entire head in the most severe pain Ive ever experienced. I literally collapsed off of my girlfriend and just began screaming in pain. It felt like my head was expanding and breaking my skull and popping out my eyes. She had to leave for work and called a friend to come over and look after me (who never showed up) and then i passed out. This happened about 5 30 and I woke up a couple hours ago with a dull emanating pain at the base of my skull but i feel relatively alright. Ive had migraines before and this was no migraine. I wasnt really very sick to my stomach it was just absolutley excruciating. But if it wasnt just a headache how would I feel ok enough to be typing this?? Help i need to know whether or not to break my wallet or not going to the hospital with this
