Wallet Gun Holsters
What happens if someone sees your gun by accident in public?
If your a CCW carrier and say your reaching for your wallet to pay for whatever or you scratch yourself on your back cause your itching and someone sees your gun in the holster and they start to freak out. Maybe possibly cops show up before you can leave...is there a charge for that? Or what is a reasonable scenerio of what could happen. Obviously you didnt mean to but accidents happen, maybe your shirt rose up to far or it flew back or something showing your gun. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!
In a majority of the states open carry is legal and it doesn't matter if your gun is showing or not. The laws regarding displaying a firearm differ slightly on a state by state basis. You didn't mention what state you lived in.
