Credit Card Thin
I just recieved my new credit card. How do I erase my signature and do it over?
I wrote my signature (in pen) and it came out sloppy and unlegible and upside down? How can I erase it and write my signature over again so it looks like 'my' signature and not as if it's someone elses? Once I used paint thinner on another credit card and it rubbed out the whole space so I wouldn't do it this way again. Is there some way I can do this (without the paint thinner) on my new credit card? Erase it and write my signature over, without ruining the card?
Just leave it. If it looks like the signature was replaced, that might make you look suspicious. Not many places check for the signature or even check to see if it matches. Clerks are more interested in verifying the name on the card with the name on the ID that was provided.

how can i get Macy's to give me more credit on my credit card?
so far i have been payin my macy's card on time every time and i always give more thin the minimum payment due, and i would really like for them to give me more credit, i've proven to them that i am responsible so why dont they. do i have to request it or do they automaticly give you more.
Macy's (and Bloomies) give what are known as GLIs (Guideline Increases).
Simply put, Macy's will approve an increase to your credit line every 90 days if you call and ask for it. Of course, the amount is based on history and usage. The more you spend, the more macy's will be willing to give you.
If you have kept your card in good standing, the GLI is as good as automatic. All you have to do is call the number on the back of your card, and either ask the CSR, or ask to speak to a credit analyst, who can give you more.
Make sure to ask for a "GLI" and not a "CLI". My understanding is that asking for a CLI can lead to a hard pull. GLI requests usually are only soft.
