Whats the thing on the stock of a gun that holds bullets called?
As stated in the first part, Fast answer 
Its usually like a band of materiel cloth or something. Kind of elastically.
Not the mag,
Its on the stock. Like on the outside, it can hold like 5ish rounds.
Okay, Its typically on a lever or bolt action rifle without a magazine. Its for holding additional rounds. Maybe i cant describe this, or im just confused.

It is a Butt-Cuff Ammo Holder.
Think about it guys, it is either made of ballistic nylon and elastic with cartridge loops on the outside and it slips on over the butt, or it is made of leather and laced onto the butt-stock.

Can you fire silver bullets out of a gun?
Just wondering if I can fire a silver bullet without damaging my guns rifling's. I know that silver has a tendency to expand alot more than lead when heated, and I know that it's less effective than copper and lead, but I just wanna shoot some for fun. (I'll be making the bullets myself, using a mold. The caliber is 7.62x39mm). Thanks for any info.
There's only a few small problems but most should be correctable.
Due to expansion issues, you may have to cast slightly over size and then run through a sizer die or if you mould is of the gas check design, then just use a gas check.
You may not get good fill in your mold, so you may have to add another metal to your silver if your bullets keep ccomingout deformed. -Gut instinct says maybe a little tin.
Lastly, A steel mould would work best. If you use aluminum, you may run a risk in damaging it due to the extra heat needed to melt silver and the preheating of the mould in order to get good fill out.
