Lightning Storm

Would it be possible and how hard would it be to recreate a lightning storm?
If we were to turn to different forms of energy, and say we turned to lighting there isn't enough lightning energy to go around, but would it be possible to recreate a thunder bolt in a facility to harness the electricity of a storm... inside?
Ever hear of a Tesla coil? There's how.
Look up Nikolai Tesla and you will learn more.

Cool lightning storm
what is the most deadly sport to be playing dering a lightning storm?
what is the sport that you don't what to be playing during a lightning storm?
Many years ago I did a study on weather related deaths and many resulted from lightening strikes. Of those struck, most of them were playing golf. The most interesting one I had found was a shooter who was wearing a hat made from beer cans.

It’s pretty straight forward to me, but I understand how the errata people think. Anyhow: [Official FAQ for Scars of > 701.23. Proliferate > 701.23a To proliferate, choose any number of permanents with one or more counters on them, and choose any number of players with one or more counters. For each permanent chosen this way, choose a counter on that permanent, then put another of those counters on it. For each player chosen this way, choose a counter that player has, then he or she gets another of those counters. > * You can choose any player that has a counter, including yourself. > * You can choose any permanent that has a counter, including ones controlled by opponents. You can’t choose cards in any zone other than the battlefield, even if they have counters on them, such as suspended cards or a Lightning Storm on the stack. > * You don’t have to choose every permanent or player that has a counter, only the ones you want to add another counter to. Since “any number” includes zero, you don’t have to choose any permanents at all, and you don’t have to choose any players at all. > * **If a permanent chosen this way has multiple kinds of counters on it, only a single new counter is put on that permanent.** > * Players can respond to the spell or ability whose effect includes proliferating. Once that spell or ability starts to resolve, however, and its controller chooses which permanents and players will get new counters, it’s too late for anyone to respond.
