Military Checkbook
Who handles the money in your relationship?
And how it did it come to be that way?
In ours I'm the one who balances the checkbook and pays the bills. Being military we have to be on a tight budget. We tried when we first got married letting my husband handle it-but it didn't work out. He would get a bill or someone would call and he would give them money then-whether we had it or not in the account. After many overdrafts and fights I took over.
Just wondering who/how it works for everyone else.
we both make the money but i manage the bills.. why, just because i have better organizing skills that he doesn't seem to possess.. i don't mind one bit for when i ask, he gives
