Mosque Checkbook
Should you help guide an errant pastor, priest, rabbi, or imam with the collection basket?
When a minister shouts God-Dam America, Do you put the checkbook back in your pocket? When a priest is convicted of child molestation, do you stop the tithe? When an imam loudly calls for American blood, do you bless your pocket with money that would have gone to the mosque? How do you reign in the bad religidiots that are in charge of God's house?
ALL churches have some sort of corruption.
I hear about it on the news, I see it in my own church.
As far as money issues go, when we take the offering, my pastor always says, "If you're a first-time guest today, please keep your wallet in your pocket. We're not here to ask for your money."
So we don't have problems with how money is handled, or how the pastor is living his everyday life... our problems are in other aspects.
But regardless, I know I should give back to God at least a portion of what He has blessed me with.
