Pouch Shave
Is this too much food to eat on my diet today??
Breakfast: whole grain cereal and 1% milk
Snack: Special K Protein WATER (1/2 a pouch with bottle of water)
Lunch: Campbell's Chunky Healthy Request Classic Chicken Noodle Soup .... some shaved oven roasted turkey breast.. and a banana
Snack: serving of almonds and low sodium V8 juice
Dinner: green beans and I dunno what else yet??????????
I think that's a great amount for someone who might be going to school, or working in an office. If you are on your feet all day (say doing inventory in a warehouse) I would expect you to be hungry at the end of your snack. If you are sorting boxes in that warehouse (a little more active than just on your feet) then you could expect to be ravenous and out of energy after lunch. In any case, I would expect that you hit the gym (or jog, or whatever exercise) after work. If you exercise before work, I'd say you would want to remove some items from later in the day and bring them to breakfast.
As long as you have a serving of protein (4-6 ounces of meat, chicken, or fish - NOT canned) and (at least) one more vegetable serving I'd say you are good for dinner. I personally would leave it at that, I wouldn't add any starch or carbohydrates to dinner at all.

How many other guys here shave your entire body and wear thong underwear ?
I shave my body completely smooth and every body I have ever been with it loves it and I love wearing thongs. I like N2N brand it is by far the most comfortable. I loved the old CK thong but they changed the cut and now they don't fit right. I like Koala Swim wear too when I am feeling kinky. I cut the front pouch out sometimes with pairs I don't like so I can swing loose but still feel the thong between my legs. If you are into the same let me know.
