Is it legal to nail, tape or tie-wrap a commercial sign on a tree, street sign, lamppost?
I realize people are trying to make a living but a law is a law! There are signs up and down Kendall Dr., in the grass, on trees, etc. Are they fined? How hard is it for Team Metro to jot down the number and fine them?
Actually, a law is only a law if there is some enforcement. Otherwise it is just words. But if you don't appreciate blight encroaching upon your roadways, for the personal gain of the sign printer, the sign placer, or the business advertised, rip the hazards down your self. How else will they learn? They don't care about the law.
Utility workers get nailed trying to climb poles. There are regulations in all major urban areas for sign dimension and placement. The exceptions are very clear. Most signs are just guerilla marketing by people that will not abide by the community standards. Off with their signs.

What type of paper can i use to roll if i don't have blunt wrap nor tree wrap or none?
Don't say brown paper bag already used it.
