Who is guilty of this crime?

Charles "Punky" Haynes a homeless vagabond stole some coins here, a couple of lottery tickets there, a wallet stolen from a parked car, some food taken from a vacant house and ultimately a murder.

Haynes, a 51-year-old vagabond with a name for sleeping off alcohol binges under a covered bridge, or in unoccupied vacation homes. He was homeless, but harmless. So everyone thought.

So who is guilty, the Law for not taking him off the street or the townsfolk for turning a blind eye?

OK French - he ultimately committed a murder.

Actually in the old days, 1950 to 1960 those type people were arrested and put in jail. They then either had someone come along and give them a job or or they had to find one. if they were nutty like so many of them today they were sent to a hospital for help.

then the 70s and it became a right to be that way. The aCLU championed their rights to live that way. It is unfortunate as many pass away from disease adn when tempted do commit crimes and are also targets or crimes. So yes the law should be able to take care of the situation and make them a productive human or get them help but it's their right. I assure when the "big disease" hits their rights will cease, no matter what the commies say.

It is interesting how that works and how the animals of the world prey on them adn the ACLU could give a rat's a** about them.

So I blame the ACLU and the bleeding hearts, the same ones that are whining about health care to save a life, even though they know to pass this monster it will not even start for over four years.

Have a great and safe 2009!
