What car should i get 3rd gen trans am or 1995 grand prix?
I am looking to get a car, there is a red 1995 grand prix for $1800 down the road from me, i was also looking at a 3rd generation trans am, maybe white or maroon and that will cost me probably $2500 for one in the same shape. The grand prix has rips in the seat, rub mark in the front bumper.
You'll need to ask yourself a number of questions:
* What is your intended use?
* Do you need a vehicle that is good in the snow?
* Do you need a 2 door or a 4 door (assuming the GP is not a 2 door)?
* Are you looking for a daily driver or a project car?
* Is fuel economy a concern?
From the price point, it sounds like both may need some minor work. Are the repairs something you can do on your own?

Which do you prefer? and which do u think is faster?
Two different cars altogether. 87 TA will be faster, especially bone stock because the GP GTP has a top speed governor set at 125 MPH.
With modification, both cars can be very fast. Just decide on which you prefer and run with it.
