CAN YOU HELP ME PLAN MY PaRTY?!?

its my 13th birthday in march... i'm having a boy/girl party. its a dance party. i'm trying to invite 50-70 people

1. i'm trying to get a d.j.... HOW MUCH WOULD THAT COST?!
2. i'm trying to rent out a small club or lounge..HOW MUCH WOULD THAT COST?!
3. what decorations should i use?
4. for the invitations im gonna get blank CDs & record the information on the CDs.. WOULD THAT BE TOO HARD?!
5. what should i give out for the party favors? i dont want them to look cheap & i don't want them to cost too much either.
6. should i give out wristbands with the invitation & make them wear the wristband to the party?
7. what should i make the attire? i was thinking about semi-formal but then i wouldn't really stand out... and since its MY party then i kinda do wanna stand out..

You can save money from having a DJ - which could cost $500 or more, by using your CD's or Ipod type device and using a speaker system. Depending on where you have the party, they may have a system you can use.

Having the party at a small club or lounge might be expensive. Try a community club house, rec center, or even at your church.

Invitations sound great!!

How about doing a black light party? Everyone can wear white and neon colors and they'll "glow". Then for decorations you just need to replace light bulbs with black-light light bulbs. Easy!!

You can pass out glow stick bracelets, necklaces, etc. and they'll be fun at the party and can serve as party favors as well.
