OK soo i have my winter formal coming up... and i need a dress and shoes and some sort of accesory
so since im shopping on quite a budget im asking for your help
10 points to the person with the best outfit in 15 minutes
at forever 21
the dress cant be strapless and i dont really like super high heels or sandals...
and lets make it under 65 dollars or so?
so thats a dress shoes and a accesory ring, neclace, wallet, etc.

ohh and if this helpss.. i have asian undertoned skin soo like light yellows and pastels look horrible on me. i have brown hair..that tends to turn blond and black[i know weird] and im about five four...
