Candle wedding favors?
I am ordering votive holders (lots of them) as favors for my guests. Does it work to just print out labels and stick them on the glass holders? What labels can I do this with? Does anyone know of other ways to personalize votive holders?
I know it would be better to have this done professionally, but that is not in the budget.
You can tie ribbons around them and attach a paper with the words printed on and then laminated. You can use clear inkjet return address labels which are very small. The thing is - the label idea will not work if the votive holders are bowl shaped or rounded too much. You definitely want to try a test before you go and print tons of labels. This can be done right with clear return address labels. They could be engraved but that is going to really cost alot. You can buy votive holders that are personalized. But they are going to cost anywhere from 1.44 to 3.00 or more EACH. Then you have to buy at least 144 of them or something to get a good price.

Seating Card Question?

These are my seating card holders....each have 2 personalized little chocolates in them. I planned to just give 1 per couple as they will obviously be sitting together and there are 2 chocolates, but I'm reading in a lof of these questions that each guest should get one? I'm hoping not because these little guys are a pain to put together...and I don't have enough chocolate!

Oh I should add these are not our favors, they're just the seating card holders
April: Good point, my venue actually has me hand in my seating chart for the sit down dinner so they may keep track of who has which meal option.
I think 1 per couple is just fine...i am doing the same thing, having a place card holder and something else for their favor.....i'm basically having 2 favors, because i am considering the place card holder as a favor.....but i was in the same boat, i didnt want to spend an arm and a leg on the place card holders and i was told 1 per couple...think of it as how you sent out invites...1 per person or 1 per couple...
