How to get my ex not to post that picture?
Alright so me and my ex go wayy backk and sometime along our way I sent him a picture with my named on my breast it was a CLEAR shot of them but you can see the nip; Im freakin out because we got into a fight and i trashed talked his girlfriend and he trashed talked me and my boyfriend;
Well I dont have a picture of him and hes saying hes going to post that picture on myspace bullitens; Im going crazyy if that picture gets out it can go on foeverrr!!
I already apologized plenty of times and I dont know if its workin;
Im going insane;
I told him id do anything for him not to but i dont know;
My grandmother is a teacher at his best friends school so if his best
friend sees it, he might take it to school which will get it to my grandmother then my mom OMG!
Help me pleaseeeee??????
This happens more and more these days. First off you need to make clear to your bf that this is serious, and that you want him to delete the picture or at least give a commitment not to post or distribute it.
If he does post it he's causing you intentional emotional distress and you could well take civil legal action against him. If you think its appropriate and have the money it could well be worth seeing a solicitor now. If he gets a solicitors letter stating that you want the picture back it could well take the fun out of it for him and make him see that its serious and could have repercussions if he posts it.
