Slayer Metal
Thrash Metal band Slayer?
Do you like Slayer? Why or why not? Is it the lyrics, vocals, riffs, solos, bass work etc.?
I love their early work, especially Haunting The Chapel, Show No Mercy, and Reign in Blood. South of Heaven is also great, and Seasons in The Abyss is one damn good album.
However, I get bored with Slayer. Though their sound changes a bit, they stick to what they know on most albums, Plus the lyrics were cool for the time, but now seem almost cliched in metal. Of course, Slayer started the whole evil lyrics thing =/
