Does anyone know where I can find the best vocal coach or school to go to? For example where well known artist/singers were taught? It could be a specific teacher or a school. Please let me know?

If you went to an average college and got very good grades, could you transfer to a top notch school?
If you went to an average college, like Georgia State College, and got straight A's there, could you transfer to a top notch school? Or at least University of Georgia?
Most "top notch" schools have very few students who drop out and therefore have fewer openings to fill at the upperclass level. You'll have no problem transferring to UGA
