'Mean' Mark Callous - WCW
Western Mortican - His gimmick wqas nothing Super Natural, just an Undertaker who introduced the Casket Match.
Deadman - After being defeated in a casket match, he died an ascended to the heavens, thereby becoming The Deadman.
Lord Of darkness - The Undertaker was "re-born" a month later, this time descending to the ring from the rafters in black leather attire with bat-like wings. He rules the Ministry of Darkness with this persona
American Bad @ss/ Big evil - Undertaker returns as a gangster and biker.
The Phenom - Fusion of all past personas except 'Mean' Mark Callous
To me the Lord of Darkness gimmick was the most entertaining and creatibe of them all. His persona just made you cringe in fear and made you really believe that he was satanic and diabolical. He had minions who did his bidding and fought for his cause (The Ministry of Darkness). His feud with The Rattlesnake was one of the best rivalries I have ever witnessed. Seeing Austin in Taker's symbol was incredible.
Hos American Bad Ass/Big Evil image was a breath of fresh air after seeing his deadman gimmick, but it made people long for the past persona fairly quickly. The others were good turns in his career, but it was not the same after the Lord of Darkness.
The mindgames and the storyline's were incredible and very creative. It has not been as great as it once was. However, the legacy continues and same goes for the undefeated streak at Wrestlemania.
