What can I use a bunch of hard plastic ducks for during a Children's Story?
I've gotten such a good response here before on past questions I thought I would ask for more help. My husband and I do the Children's Story at our small Baptist church each Sunday morning. A bunch of hard-plastic ducks were donated to us. I would like to use these in a story and then give them away to each child at the end of the story. I'm not really sure how to go about using them and tie them into a lesson about God. I also have a mallard-type beanie baby duck that I could use as well. This needs to be about 3-5 minutes long. Children who attend range anywhere from 2-12 years old normally. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks so much!
Use it to tell them about Gods creation of earth and animals. After you finish the story have each child tell 1 thing that God created(no repeats....ok for the 2-6 yr olds but make 7-12 yr olds say something different then each other and the younger kids) and when the kids tell you 1 thing that God created hand them a plastic duck, and the kid who gives the BEST answer can get the beanie baby duck.

Week 12 Beanie Or Fred Jackson?
Im in a tight playoff race. There are 4 of us tied for the playoffs and only 3 will make it. I got Beanie going against the Titans( I also have Chris Johnson) or Fred Jackson against Miami. But with Lynch hurting You gotta figure that Jacksons gonna get more carries. Ive never seen him play. I dont know what to do. Someone please help me out.
Im in almost the exact same position as you. Havent came up with my conclusion but im leaning towards Wells as of now for a few reason:
1. Wells has been productive over the past few weeks
2. Warner banged up so Wells should run a bit more
3. Wells is a Rookie out to prove a point and is now sharing Hightowers carries
4. Lynch returned to practice on wed so he might start on Sunday (have to check that)
Wells seems like the right play to me. Any other thoughts are open thanks
Oh and DeAngelo Williams is my RB1 slot. I have Mike Bell, Beanie Wells, Jamal Lewis, Fred Jackson and Willis Mcgahee on my bench.
