How to make a punk/emo hair style with longish hair....?
I have longish(a lil past my shoulders) black hair that is wavy as it gets past my ears and it drives me mad. Does anyone know of any hairstyles or such that are punk/emo with out dying it or cutting it short. I already die it black...and can't have it some cool color (blue...purple.. O.O gah I wish) because my work would kill me. And I dont want to cut it because I'm fat and dont look good with short hair. So it seams theres nothing I can do with it but straighten it, and thats not exactly awsome. Soooo any ideas? I'd really aprecitate 'em. Thanks!

The school year is coming up and I'm ready for a new change I'm so tried of just wearing tomboy clothes I'm wanting to get a new look yet spend less money . The style that Im looking for is like Black or Blue Jeans and Tee- shirts with like band names on them or like a rough edge . Sort of a mixture of punk yet a little bit girly . As I said earlier I'm trying a new look so I've never done this before .

Why dont you just be yourself? Try putting on whatever you think looks good and then if u want to buy somethings new, just buy wutever grabs your attention or you like.
Punk rock is a syle of music and theres a culture behind it. So, honestly, if you really Love the punk rock scene I think you should research some punk bands and such so that u can be more informed of the type of impression you're trying to make for urself. if u like punk because/when it became popular, i think u should just check out styles of different pop groups and people.
But, fortunately, the punk rock look is easy because it's creative and bold, so, if you're looking for cheap And tired of your old clothes, sumthing I still do to this day, is "fix" my old clothes to how i want it to look--cut, rip, tie, add stuff,...whatever. For exapmle, you could turn an old t-shirt to a new tube top.
