Making Friends?
I moved to a new town last spring. I am 15, freshman in high school. Well so far I havent made any friends. I have tried talking to people but I get ignored. No idea why. I am nice and kind to everyone I meet and I've never done anything bad to anyone. It's tough being in high school without any friends....having to sit alone ALL the time annd that kinda s hit, you get the picture. My friends live a ways away from here about a half hour away so its very rare that I get to see them, very rare. In this new town it seems like you have to have already lived here for a while to fit in, and have friends. I've tried hanging out downtown and have gone to one of the dances. Yea.....that didn't work. I'm not fat, I'm not ugly, I'm a normal guy that plays guitar, wears jeans and a t shirt. Please don't say join band, I've tried that to....no opening spots. Just completely out of ideas.
1. The quickest way to make a friend is to smile. When you smile, people think you are friendly and easy to talk to. It may not be easy at first to smile. But, you can practice in the mirror. When you look at yourself, think if you'd rather talk to your smiling face or your usual face that may look scared or angry. Remember that other people have feelings too and most people will stay away from a scared or angry looking face. 2. One easy way to start a conversation with someone is to say something nice about them. For example, you could comment on a great answer to a teacher's question, good catch at the ball field, cool shirt, etc...Think about how great you feel when someone says something nice to you. Doesn't it make you want to keep talking to that person? 3. Ask your new friends questions about themselves. Who's their favorite singer, where do they live, who's their teacher, what do they do after school are all good questions to start a conversation.

Are there any website where you can personalize jeans?
I have a really tough time finding jeans. Because Im really tall, and really skinny. So the jean i find are either long enough but baggy, or tight enough but too short. or all together wrong. On the rare occasion i fin dosme that fit, theyre super ugly and not my style. I was wondering if there was any websites where i might be able to customize my jean size and style, and then order them? thanks for all your help!!
