Money Pouch Shave
Genital/anal warts, yes or no?
I Kinda think I have anal warts, not sure though because they don't really look like it. I've had these little bumps in the area for 4 months, no clue how I could have possibly gotten them. I can dig them out with my fingernails effortlessly. It'll be a really small ball with little pouches inside maybe the size of the head of a needle, some slightly bigger. It will bleed 3-5 drops if I don't stop it. Completely painless, no itching/irritation whatsoever. There are probably ten, I see some smaller ones, maybe five or so about the size of a period. It Hasn't gotten any worse since I spotted them 2 days after shaving the area. I don't think its folliculitis/herpes because there is no pus. They don't appear to be contagious, though I got one of these bumps on my chest once.
I'm not too worried if it is or isn't genital warts, but I want to get some other people's opinions before I waste money for a dermatologist and its actually something common.
If they are small bumps that are sort of translucent or skin colored, then probably yes.
I had anal warts that I got from my first boyfriend. First sexual partner, and I get HPV.
My symptoms were small little skin bumps that I only noticed while masturbating, and I could easily pull them off with my nails. They'd bleed a little and then they were gone.
I suppose since you're so laid back on this issue and sound educated, that you have heard recent research indicating that HPV often gets suppressed by the immune system within a few months to a year.
That's what happened in my case. I got them a year after sexual contact, and I had them for a few months (I pulled them off) and then they went away. My current boyfriend knows that I have had HPV.
A telltale sign of a wart is some good bleeding if you pull or cut it off. They range in size from the horrifying things you see on Google images, all the way down to smaller than 1mm. If you pull them off it looks like a little thick piece of dead skin.
