Metal Frame

Is 4 inches too sloped for an intex metal frame pool to handle?
We spent all afternoon setting up our 12 x 36 intex metal frame pool, and after filling it with water, see that the ground is 4" lower on one side! Has anyone had experience with this? Will the pool poles collapse?
What is the skimmer?
I guess by now you realize that you should have leveled the ground first before assembling your pool. It is very dangerous to leave it on a slant since there is much more pressure on the low side and can result in a collapse.
A skimmer is the intake for your filter. It takes the water from the top of the pool and pre-filters out all the large objects like leaves and bugs before they get to the filter.

How to remove a broken off screw from a metal window frame?
A window unit air conditoner was removed from a window with a metal frame. A screw through the window frame was broken off leaving about 1/4" between the screw and frame. I have tried metal snips and a small hacksaw with no success.
As a result the window will not close all the way.
I think you are screwed!, pun intended Does the screw interfere with the window function? If not, leave it in. it's possible to get a drill bit smaller than the screw, drill the center of the screw ( not easy at all).

yes, it is the air pump. More correctly, secondary air injection pump. You most likely won't be able to find the parts new. You should be able to find them in a salvage yard. I'll look in my gm parts catalog computer tomorrow when I'm at work. they may be discontinued, but you never know until you look.

Hey thanks for the comment.
I actually decided to drop it. My apartment building is made out of concrete and steel so I didn't find any studs above the doors. My only option was to dril holes in a concrete column and fasten a metal frame to it, to which I could have attached the hangboard. It became a big project and it meand potentially causing irreparable damage to the apartment unit. I just decided to stay out of trouble.
