Has anyone ever used metallic interior paint?
Awhile back I picked out some paint for a bedroom. It was a gray undercoat with a metallic paint to go over the top. It would dry and look crackled (weathered) and old fashioned. This was at Sherman Williams. They've since discontinued all of their "textured" line. Now I'm looking for a silver metallic paint (preferably not acryllic). Has anyone ever used silver metallic paint before?
Yes I used a gold metallic in my entryway. It was from Dutch Boy. It was applied over the base color and then after doing a maybe 2' x 2' area wiped it with a damp cloth so it just left a sheen. Continued that until the whole entry was done. Looks very cool and I get compliments all the time.
